This option is a local cache. I want to copy the pictures inside. I don’t know where the pictures are actually located on the computer?

If you want to save a single image, you can try right-clicking it and selecting open in a new tab, and then save as
My understanding is different from what you said about "this is the local cache". I think this is the resource panel and has nothing to do with the cache. The pictures in it may not be in the cache. The cache corresponding to the image cannot be found from here.
In fact, the image names in the cache are all messy, and the cache cannot be found by file name. A software to view cache:
