Database - MySQL InnoDB Full-Text, how to expand Chinese word segmentation search?

Like many foreign programs, such as Chevereto https://github.com/Chevereto/... all use Full-Text, which makes it impossible to search for Chinese word segmentation
For example, searching for "Beijing" cannot match "Beijing City"
How to change my.conf to solve Chinese search?

If mysql can bear it, full-text indexing can indeed be used. But I personally suggest that if such search traffic is large, it is better to use sphinx
