node.js - How to solve the path problem when installing webpack under windows?

1. The following error occurs when installing webpack under windows. I know it is a path problem, but I don’t know how to solve it. I am not familiar with the commands under windows.

I have used npm to install node’s other modules before and there was no problem. The same problem occurred when installing the Taobao image.
