Help python install mysql module error

_mysql.c(42): fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'config-win.h': N
    o such file or directory

This is the error code, python3.5, win7x64 system. I have tried various methods on the Internet. Has anyone encountered it and how to solve it?
