After PHPstorm is installed, the software settings cannot be opened.

    Are you unable to call out the settings using shortcut keys or are you getting an error when opening the settings options?

    When I click on the settings, no error is reported, but there is no response. This is the case after Chinese translation! Cannot set up Web Server, etc.

    What version did you install? If it doesn’t work, just install a new version
