What should I do if the svn warehouse is transferred to git and the account is not completely mapped?

The company has a project to transfer svn to git. The submitted projects in the scn project also have accounts in git, so they can be mapped. However, some svn accounts have resigned and there will no longer be corresponding git accounts for mapping. So how should the mapping file of this account be processed? Thanks

The answer above is also acceptable.
I tried to use a git account that didn’t really exist to define the mapping file, and it was imported successfully. It's just that the submission record cannot be linked to the real git account. The company uses Bitbucket, which is the same as git.

    1. Create a leavePerson account corresponding to all resigned personnel.

    2. Also establish a git mapping account for resigned employees, so that the history of the code can be traced.
