Backend - the career choice of a small PHP programmer

I have been in the PHP industry for 2 years, but now I am very confused.

I graduated in 2015 and joined a company where I maintained some old projects and connected some interfaces every day (at that time, I was the only one with php in the company)
I moved to a slightly normal company in 2016, because the company dropped a lot of people " "Big Brother", and he thought he was dissatisfied with the management, so he switched to a small start-up company in March this year. I've had bumps and bruises along the way, and I feel like I don't know how to go on this year.

For PHP, I have slowly grown from crud at the beginning to now considering system availability and so on. Indeed, I grew very fast last year. But since I entered a small start-up company this year, I have endless demands every day. One small version a week, one person writes two or three projects. I feel that I have very little time to accumulate technology, and I only implement it to realize functions. I feel that outsourcing is nothing more than that. Maybe outsourcing is more streamlined than I am now.

At the end of last year, I also interviewed one or two relatively good companies, such as Youzan. During the second interview, I gave up because my foundation was not solid. I only know the surface of many things, but I don’t have a deep understanding of the underlying principles.

I feel like I don’t want to read anything new now. The daily demands give me a headache. For example, I’m making a list recently. I really have no choice but to use a scheduled task to run out the list results first, and then save them in the cache. exhibit. I feel like I haven't made much progress in the past three months and have been stagnant. So sad

I don’t know if I should continue to change jobs. It seems that I don’t have much to offer.

I graduated in 2016, and I am worse than you. I only study superficially and go deeper. Self-study is inefficient and prone to resistance. . .

In fact, php is just a little bit of our daily development. The more books I read, I found that I only knew a few things. I have nothing else to say. I recommend you this book. Follow the above to complete your various knowledge of PHP first. PHP Essence to write efficient php code

    1. Also, when you are really too busy, you can increase your salary appropriately, and then choose the opportunity to act
      2. Feeling confused is a good thing, it means that you are still thinking. Then calm down and see what piece is missing. To make amends
