Logs - Is there a way to query on LINUX which user logged in from which IP and what command was executed when?

Why is the LINUX log system so scattered? Login is login, history is history. Why can't we add association, time and IP parameters? I want to check which user logged in from which IP, when and what command was executed, but I can’t find it? Didn't I study deeply enough? How do you collect and analyze this information? Please give me some advice from the experts.
