点击操作时，用layer，新开ifrmae 展示。

question:

相应地址在layer新开的iframe中，无法正常打开，浏览器报链接被充值，但是手动复制链接新开tab打开则正常。
url参数：?type=rechargetrue&username=手机号码&transactionMoney=30000.46&fee=0.00

Already tried:

用短数字替换手机号码可以正常。

doubt:

是否浏览器有相应安全机制去判别url参数不能传递手机号？
