linux - Registration issues about domain names and servers

A friend recently bought a server to share with me, and then I bought a domain name on Alibaba Cloud (I can only afford ".cn"). But a friend said that the domain name needs to be registered before it can be accessed. But I tried filing on Alibaba Cloud, and it seemed that it required a server, but I used a friend's server. What should I do in this situation...

The server can apply for a registration service code, then follow the registration steps and fill in the registration service code

Alibaba Cloud's services require a registration code and then fill in the registration code at the registration center. If the server is from another server provider, there is nothing you can do. So you can go to Alibaba Cloud to apply for a free space. I remember that it is 2 years old. This can also be filed.

Just buy a server in Alibaba Cloud, bind your own IP and domain name directly, and then you can register it.
