javascript - Waterfall sequence problem

I recently encountered a strange requirement: pages need to be arranged in a given order, and waterfall flow layout must be implemented;
But I think the principle of waterfall flow is not to make up for it based on which column has the shortest height. ? Personally I feel it is impossible to achieve.

What the page gives you is actually to make the data given to you by the background in order, and it has nothing to do with waterfall flow or anything like that
