Files packaged by webpack cannot be parsed on ie8

Question

CSS and JS files packaged using webpack2 cannot be parsed on IE8

What are the configuration parameters? Still not compatible with IE8

Why can’t it be parsed? Is there any error message? Webpack has nothing to do with the browser.
