Yesterday, Computer Manager automatically deleted some files after anti-virus. Now npm run dev runs vue successfully, but an error like net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED is prompted and the browser cannot display it. Within the LAN, other colleagues can access the website I run through IP. Is there any way to solve this? The system has no backup and cannot be restored!

Check if there is any problem with DNS. If you can access the Internet, clear the browser cache and try again
