php - wamp changes mysql character set problem

I modified the my.ini configuration file in

wamp's mysql and added default-character-set=utf8. With this line of code, I found that wamp could not be started. I deleted this line of code again and found that it still cannot be started.
What is the reason for this? If anyone has encountered this problem, please answer it! ! ! ! !

Look at the error log of mysql. In the data folder under the installation directory of mysql, there is an .err file.
