Error - nginx Windows compilation issue

Hello everyone, due to the needs of a project, NGINX needs to be modified and deployed in the WINDOWS environment.
I can now compile NGINX successfully and run it successfully on my own machine.
But now I encounter such a problem. I put the compiled NGINX on WINDOWS 2003 SP2 and reported an error. The error message is as follows:

C:\nginx>nginx.exe
Auto configuration failed
1772:error:02001015:system library:fopen:Is a directory:.\crypto\bio\bss_file.c:
126:fopen('e:/openssl/ssl/openssl.cnf','rb')
1772:error:2006D002:BIO routines:BIO_new_file:system lib:.\crypto\bio\bss_file.c
:131:
1772:error:0E078002:configuration file routines:DEF_LOAD:system lib:.\crypto\con
f\conf_def.c:199:

I don’t know if you have ever encountered this kind of problem? How do you compile NGINX under WINDOWS?
Most of the methods I found on GOOGLE were compiled in the MINGW environment. I don’t know if you have any other good methods? Or is there any good VS SOLUTION?

This is caused by the lack of openssl library on your server, or your library file is not stored at this addresse:/openssl/ssl/openssl.cnf. Because you have statically specified this path as the default openssl directory when compiling.

So the easiest way is to install an openssl library in the e:/opensslpath on the server.

This problem has been solved. I re-downloaded the OPENSSL 0.9.8R version, then started enable-tlsext according to the default configuration parameters of NGINX, and compiled it manually. Everything is in harmony.

Thank you @prosper @joyqi for your enthusiastic help.
