nginx installation failed? How to reinstall?

I had some problems after installing it before, so I brew uninstall nginx, and it seemed like a link puce came out, so I brew remove puce, and brew install nginx again and there was an error, so I deleted it manually. The folder is still wrong as shown in the picture, please tell me how to reinstall it, thank you all

1. brew cleanup # will delete older versions of all brew-installed software

2. brew doctor # Treat it according to the diagnosis results, and the problem will usually be solved

3. brew update

4. brew install nginx
