Looking for nginx log analysis software

Question

I now generate about 200M nginx logs every day. Is there any good logging software that can analyze the logs and display them as icons (web version, mobile version is better)
has the following functions:

1，对于技术人员而言，通过图表展现分析，指定日期内各个请求每天请求量，QPS，成功次数，失败次数，请求耗时，有报警更好。
2，对于运营人员而言，通过图表展现分析，知道指定日期内指定链接地址的访问次数，通过连接地址分析来路和refer
3，软件免费，搭建容易好维护，图标好用易用。
