nginx - Can reverse proxy get the source address in the proxy page?

I want to make a reverse proxy. For example, proxy a.com/index.htm and b.com/index.htm to c.com/index.htm. I can get it at c.com/index.htm. What is the coming address? For example, how to distinguish whether it is coming from a.com or b.com? Please give me some guidance

It depends on what you use as a reverse proxy. If it is nginx, you can manually add a header to distinguish it.
