The LAN cannot access apache, it is a problem on the campus network

I use my computer to turn on wifi, let other computers connect to my wifi, and then I can access my host.
But within the same campus LAN, they cannot connect to my server.
My campus network client can open Cheetah WiFi hotspot and let others connect to my WiFi.
But if my computer cannot access the campus network after connecting to someone else's WiFi, how should I solve this problem?

WiFi cannot be both a hotspot and a receiver~~~ Just like your mobile phone can be used as a WIFI hotspot, but it is the same reason that the mobile phone cannot access the Internet through WIFI
Get your own router and connect it to the campus network
Then turn on the WiFi hotspot function of the router. You and other people can access the network through this router, so that everyone can be in the same small local area network~~~

Your PC and other PCs form a LAN1.
All the machines connected to your wifi and your Cheetah wifi form a LAN 2.
局域网1局域网2 Of course it doesn’t make sense.
