What should I do if my Apache is stuck here?

It happens every time, it’s stuck here and can’t be opened.

You seem to have reported no error. Open another cmd window and enter:

netstat -ano | findstr "80"

Check if port 80 is enabled
The windows version of apache httpd has not been installed. I don’t know if this interface displays error information. Closing the window means closed. You can just minimize it.

This is not stuck, it’s just not set as a daemon. This means that the startup is successful. Closing the window means closing Apache
