apache - Can't access the company's website through the domain name?

The company's website can be accessed through the domain name, but it cannot be accessed by entering the domain name. I saw many people saying that it might be a DNS problem. I don't have DNS installed on my server. Is there any impact? If I want to install it, how should I configure it? I'm a newbie and I'd like some advice from an expert, thank you.

It has nothing to do with whether your server has DNS installed.

First, you can ping to see if the domain name resolves to the same IP address.
The situation should be negative now. Then find your domain name provider, that is, where you bought your domain name from. Generally, they will provide domain name resolution management services.

Is the domain name resolved with www or without www?
Although most websites use the www prefix, it is actually a second-level domain name. If you want to be able to access it in both ways, you need two parsing records.
