apache - How to add port 8080 by default after localhost

The installed WAMP port was changed to 8080 because port 80 is used by IIS. Every time I open a file, I need localhost:8080. I want to remove this port. Every time I enter localhost, I can open the file. I installed WAMP3.0. The version of Apache is 2.4.17. I searched on Baidu online. Now it seems that wampmanager.tpl and wampmanager.ini do not need to change the default port. I see that the port should be a variable. After changing the port through WAMP, the port in the configuration file will also automatically change. Changed to 8080. But after changing to 8080, I still can’t access files using localhost directly. Why?

I think it’s better to use your method than my method. Bookmark localhost:8080. No need to enter every time, just click to open. Isn't this better?
