Where to build static files in laravel and how to reference them

Just like the title, when I was looking at laravel, I didn’t know how to use it, and I couldn’t find any introduction. Could anyone who knows please tell me, thank you!

There is not one in the root directory. Public directory? All static files are placed there. You just need to point to this directory
