There is no normal way. If you insist, you can try setting the foreground and background of the NonText group to the same color, for example:

:hi NonText ctermbg=13
:hi NonText ctermfg=13

But this just makes the wavy line invisible, it is actually still there.

PS. I know this is ugly, try other colors yourself XDDDDD
