How to quickly select neocomplcache.vim (without using the up and down keys)

Question

As shown in the picture, I need to use the up and down keys to enter when selecting automatic completion. Is there a way to quickly select?

(ps: I thought capital F would be enough at first, but later I realized I was overthinking it)
