Can I play vim happily on Windows?

I usually run on Windows, and Linux runs in a virtual machine:)
Many editors on Windows are easier to use than vim, but I can’t find the motivation to use vim on Windows. What should I do?

Are there any windows with vim as the main editor? Experience lying down:)

    The vim that comes with git bash is enough.
    You can also use bundle to install plug-ins after configuring it.
