node.js - node upgrade project cannot run, prompting version error

My version is not correct at all.
I tried uninstalling, upgrading and downgrading. Various methods always remind me version 2.2.6

    Install vue vue-loader globally vue-template-compiler css-loader
    Re-install them all globally
    Upgrade all dependencies!
