I set height:1px in the p tag, and then the browser displays 0.99px, and it cannot be displayed. And this is only true for Google Chrome. I have no problem using Firefox and Open. 
Other p tags use this style, and the first one does not have classes such as: first-child. All p tags are .99px. . . This is why Open and Firefox are both 1px.
