When using cygwin, I want to take a look at the directory structure. It says that the tree command is not found. Please explain the command in detail and why it is not found in cygwin.

I have never used cygwin. My ubuntu does not come with the tree command, so I need to install it myself.
tree --help has parameter descriptions
man tree has helpful manuals
