html - 安装angularjs工程生成器

请问这两句话到底是什么意思？安装angularjs生成器，命令行操作就行了，给这
个链接是需要我下载这个工程吗？还是不用下载直接创建yo angular 运行就行了？

... After a cursory glance, I installed the package with npm and typed the command as written by others. Just Jiangzi
npm install -g yo
npm install -g generator-aio-angular
yo aio-angular

There are more later, I didn’t copy and paste them one by one
