Send a message


There are two ways to send messages: passive response messages and customer service messages.

Send message service details

  • Send passive response message

    For each POST request, the developer returns a specific JSON structure or XML structure in the response package (Get) to respond to the message (reply text and graphic messages are now supported).
  • Send customer service message

    When the user actively sends a message to the authentication account (including sending information and following events , Scan QR code event), developers can call the customer service message interface a certain number of times within a period of time (currently 48 hours) and send messages to ordinary users by POSTing a JSON data packet.

  • Advanced group sending interface

    Advanced group sending interface is used to subscribe users Send group messages.

  • WeChat XML format compatible

    Weibo fan service platform is fully compatible WeChat XML format, developers can choose whether the information they receive is in WeChat XML format or JSON format through the http://open.weibo.com/wiki/Eps/push/set_format interface.
