PHP program header comment block


Each program header must have a unified comment block, the rules are as follows:
a. Must include a description of the program;
b. Must include author;
c. Must include date of writing;
d. Version information must be included;
e. Must contain project name;
f. Must contain the name of the file;
g. Important usage instructions, such as class calling methods, precautions, etc.;
