可以的。使用virtualhost即可。
你的域名先使用A记录全部解析到服务器的IP

配置apache的VirtualHost，以我的项目为例：
找到服务器的httpd.conf，然后配置下面内容：

上面的配置，是让apache监听80端口，也就是默认的端口，然后当用户访问admin.example.com的时候，就把请求分发到8080端口的应用。当用户访问www.demo.com的时候，就把请求分发到8081端口。当然，你又多少程序，就要配置多少个VirtualHost。如果还不明白，可以搜apache端口转发，很多教程哦。
