一段写法报错,该如何解决

一段写法报错
news表里面有两笔数据，没问题。然后用最简单的PHP语句将其显示出来，却报错了：

百度了一下，无法解决

$row是一个数组，所以要用方括号 $row['news_title']

然后 php的数组是用 $xxx['xxx'] 不是用 $xxx(xxx)...
