请问关于cakephp的配置有关问题

请教关于cakephp的配置问题
我是按手册进行的配置，在apache的服务器配置文件上设置了documentroot "e:/cakephp/app/webroot"，然后了这样倒是可以访问webroot/index.php。但是手册上说还要设置几句

  Options FollowSymLinks
  AllowOverride all
# Order deny,allow
# Deny from all

AllowOverride all本来是AllowOverride none
但是设置为ALL之后程序就出错了如下

请问是什么原因，还有就是修改了webroot/.htaccess，请问这有什么用？？？？？？

应该是webroot/.htaccess 这个文件的错误，把这个文件的配置贴出来看看
