wamp环境上如果运行OEcms模板

求助：wamp环境下如果运行OEcms模板？
我的环境：
Server Configuration

Apache Version :
  2.2.8  
PHP Version :
  5.2.6  

MySQL Version :
  5.0.51b  

运行OEcms-v3.1_R1115下upload文件夹里的index.php提示错误：
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, admin@localhost and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

请问怎么样才能在wamp环境下运行OEcms呢？我是新手，初学php，自己也没有服务器空间可以上传，只能在本机测试，希望大虾们指点一二

php 先打开错误提示功能，其次一个可能大多数的cms还需要做个安装的过程，具体需要查看他们提供的文档，毕竟数据库肯定是要创建的
