为什么在fetchAll里面写入$where就报Application error错误。是不是哪里少些了什么？

这样写就会报错，不填参数就没事

给 $today 也加上单引号

给 $today 也加上单引号
改过了还是不行，
是不是哪里少些了什么呢？
