现象：GG做init data load时报错OGG-00869 OGG-00199

分析：
TARGET端只建立了数据库账号，没有创建相关表，如下：
 SQL> describe SYMICS.A
ERROR:
ORA-04043: object SYMICS.A does not exist
对于init data load时，需要先在目标端将source的表创建好，否则会报错。

解决方法：
init data load前，，先通过exp/imp导入表定义。
