----起数据库是的报错：

SQL> startup force 
ORA-00119: invalid specification for system parameter REMOTE_LISTENER
ORA-00132: syntax error or unresolved network name 'racdb-scan.rac.cn.oracle.com:1521'

这里已经问题已经很明了，解决方法如下：
