什么原因，我看了php扩展有pdo_mysql

这样报错90%是没有正确加载pdo啊，不用怀疑系统给你的报错。

注：命令行和服务器的php扩展加载是不一样的

第二，敢问题主用的laravel版本是？

第三，貌似你的laravel还需要MCRYPT的支持？
