通过第三方nginx插件nginx_mod_h264_streaming应该能完成你的。

原理是有视频访问请求的时候应用服务器将视频上传到Nginx代理服务器上做临时存储，然后将Nginx上的视频地址暴露给前台，前台进行处理视频流，然后删除Nginx临时文件。是吗？
