快速安装php7 的shell脚本

PHP7 2015-12月正式发布，性能比5.6版本提高了不少，因此安装php7试试，在php.ini 配置
zend_extension=opcache.so
opcache.enable=1
opcache.enable_cli=1
果然性能提高了很多。
