我的问题是，这样实现提交form 表单的时候先js 验证是否为空，然后在跳到后台去验证。

基本上你已经写出来了， 记得要包含jquery的库
否则要用document.getElementById('')这样获取值

jquery 引入了 js 没有问题：
因为我用 

去获取值都可以的，所以js 和jquery 都没有问题，只是在form 表单提交时候 不进过js 验证

你input里面有两个name属性哦，应该是一个id一个name！你改下看下能不能行。
