比如 这个控制器 是 VerifyPhoneAction.class.php 就不识别,
只需改成 VerifyphoneAction.class.php 和对应的模版就可以了,要是不改变这个能

大小写敏感问题，你用的是几版本！可以看下手册，url大小写敏感设置
