一看就知道是小白，一点编程基础都没有
这么多代码就不想看下去了，但是我实在看不懂你的第一张图。
1.你的read.php连个方法都没写，在return什么？
2.我们忽略问题1，那么你都已经return了，为什么后面又是一个return？下马为啥还有代码？
....你这是问题...可以看出来，题主实在没有一点编程基础。
建议先去看看基础语法~
你把第一个文件 return后面包括两个return都删了。
回去看基础吧 你这直接return了 下面写再多都没用
另外再去学一下sprintf。
就算你不return，$url也没用被加载进去。
首先include_once之后变量就一起进来了，不用return , 又不是函数
然后在xml里面不用把 $url 用 ｛｝ 括起来，直接这进去就能解析出来的
然后呢，打开文件成功与否哪里不能写echo，两个echo都不要了，你这样打印文字的话微信接口会出错的，只能最后打印一个要回复给接口的xml
其他地方没看出问题，就是你写的太乱了，网上有好多源代码，你先去看看
