有更新才有回滚，你更新的时候先备份一个版本，然后回滚的时候就启用这个备份
当然具体程序这块你要仔细调试下，还有一些权限和细节问题

你们没用代码版本管理工具吗？例如git?
建议用SVN或者git等版本控制工具 每次上线一个稳定的版本可以打一个tag 如果想回滚代码 把版本控制中的对应版本代码检出来即可
建立一个初始版本,然后建立每次更新的变动纪录 比如 增加了哪些文件,删除了那些文件,修改了哪些文件, 只备份更新变动的文件 ,这样就可以从操作列表中恢复到任意版本,如果为了方便,还可以为每次版本都压缩一个快照
如果没有辅助工具的话，就用原始的，自己备份的，如果新上传的出了什么大的状况，再用这个备份的。
回滚的话用版本控制工具会不错，git或svn都可以
