Function.php版本的Comment Ajax

ZWW大叔改写了Willin 版本 Ajax 评论提交，我就直接拿过来修改，代码放到了function.php中，原因是comments-ajax.php每次提交评论都会请求require( dirname(__FILE__) . '/../../../wp-load.php' )这个文件，其实主题本身早已加载了，代码放置到function.php

出于一贯的恶趣味测试了下两者的速度，相差在15-20ms
