１. 模块在线安装实际上就是数据库表的安装， 你安装的时候会给你自动生成模块的模板，模板就是一套机制，有CRUD的基本功能（phpcms我记得都是继承content.php就会有的）
２. phpcms有CRUD的api的吧
３. api接口的就比教简单，可以自己路由（或者在github上面找一个路由解析的工具），实现restful Api
