你说的大是多大。。有的“大”网站CMS套套也就过去了。。前端尸，后端屌，美工妹，UI射技师，产品汪，项目狗，DBA，运维湿，嫁狗师，测尸猪。

系统mvc解藕，服务器按功能模块分，数据库拆表分库，静态资源CDN，cache服务器，file服务器，数据接口化，部署自动化。大型网站和PHP其实一毛钱关系都没有的否则就不叫大型网站了如果是从零开始，大型一般不是一上来就大型的，先搞个框架（whatever是啥，能用就成），按框架实现功能（注意代码的模块化），刚上来千万别设计太细的框架，需求变更会让你1个月后不认识你之前的代码，模块化弄好就成。

如果你实在想多想点，性能方面考虑下，留点接口也就ok了。
