我在cmd命令行模式下输入：mysql -uroot;
提示成功登录数据库，
查询都有哪些数据库：结果我上一次创建的数据库没有显示
然后输入create database user;
提示：ERROR 1044(42000):Access denied for user ''@'localhost' to database 'user';
